Earlier this week, a man and his friend posed with Santa Claus with guns and cash at a mall in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
Now, 29 -year-old Almonzo Paul has been arrested after being investigated in another criminal matter.
Authorities were alerted when the photo, that was taken at Mall of Louisiana, went viral.
Paul was shown in the picture wearing a red jacket and holding a big stack of cash. He didn’t have a gun in his possession unlike his friend.
He was apprehended on Thursday on an unrelated warrant out of Texas for aggravated assault and a parole violation. It isn’t known if the friend will face any type of charges.
Many people are questioning mall management about their security policies and enforcement. There are signs on the doors, prohibiting guns from being inside of the mall.
