Hugo Delgado, 22, from London was sentenced to 14 years for raping and sexually assaulting women in their hotel rooms.
Delgado would stalk the women ahead of time at their hotels, paying attention to small details. Pretending to be their husbands, he would get spare room keys from the receptionists and then enter their rooms. Each woman was then raped or sexually assaulted. Delgado continued to do this for over a year, being dubbed ‘Hotel Nightstalker’.
Delgado was found guilty of assault by penetration, sexual assault and trespass with intent to commit a sexual offence. He will serve 14 years.
