Child Killed After Being Ejected From Car During Crash

A young child was killed in a rollover crash on Thanksgiving night in Dallas.
The incident happened on the northbound side of Interstate 35 near Northwest Highway exit.
According to reports the driver of a Chevrolet Suburban attempted to exit Northwest Hwy when they lost control of the suv crashed and rolled over onto the ramp.
In the process a young child inside the vehicle was ejected.
Good samaritans who saw the crash stopped to help and transport the child to the hospital.
Dallas Fire Rescue was redirected and met the transporting vehicle at Manana Dr.
The child was pronounced dead and an adult male was transported to a nearby hospital with non life threatening injuries.
It is unclear if any charges will be filed.
This investigation is ongoing.
