7Eleven Store Clerk Killed During Attempted Robbery

A robbery at a North Dallas 7Eleven left a store clerk dead early Tuesday morning.
Officers responded to a shooting/robbery call on the 3600 block of Forest Lane.
Upon arrival officers located the store clerk who was pronounced dead at the scene and one of three suspects that was suffering from a gunshot wound.
The suspect was transported to a nearby hospital where he died from his injuries.
The other two suspects managed to flee the scene before officers arrived in a Chrysler 300.
Detectives are now questioning two women they say were with the suspects at the time of the incident.
