A 16 year old student at Mountain View High School located in Orem, Utah stabbed 5 students this morning inside boys locker room. The incident happened around 8am this morning and the student had to be subdued with a taser by school officer that was on the scene. The student stabbed 5 students in the neck and torso area and also stabbed himself before being tasered. None of the injuries were said to be life threatening but the school was put on lockdown and parents were notified. Although we have not gotten all details on what made the student snap we do know he was a new student that had just enrolled and had been home schooled prior to attending Mountain View. School counselors also say he has no prior disciplinary background and was a straight A student.
