The incident occurred on December 16, when Lawrence arrived at the airport for a flight but was denied boarding due to insufficient paperwork for her 9-year-old miniature schnauzer. After going into the bathroom, an employee discovered the dog’s body hidden in a trash bag along with its collar, leading to an investigation that concluded Tywinn died from drowning. Lawrence is now facing charges of aggravated animal cruelty following her arrest in Lake County.
