A shooting at an Irving Chick- Fil-A left two people dead Wednesday afternoon.
Officers responded to a shooting call, around 3:50 p.m., on the 5300 block of North MacArthur Boulevard. Upon arriving they located two victims deceased at the scene.
Authorities released the suspects identity as 37 year old OVED BERNARDO MENDOZA ARGUETA. He fled the scene before officers could arrive in a silver 1997 Honda 4-door.
On June 27, around 3 a.m., Mendoza Argueta was arrested and taken into custody.
